We hope you're delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it*

 

Please request an RMA# within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note that sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Request a Return: To request an RMA form, simply email our return department at: info@luxetire.com.

Please include: Full Name Order Number Reason for Return We'll respond within 24 hours with easy-to-follow return instructions. If you prefer, call our support line at 1-800-918-1610 (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm EST) for RMA assistance.

Return Costs and Tracking: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returns must have a valid tracking number. We're not liable for lost or damaged returned items.

Exchange Procedure: Exchanging a product follows the same steps as the RMA process. Instead of a refund, we'll send you the desired product. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
