We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Return Authorization
To be eligible for a return, you must request an RMA# within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping and Tracking
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns must include a valid tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as a return request. Once your exchange is approved, we will send the requested replacement item. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
