Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.* Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

How to Return or Exchange

- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return/Exchange
2. We will respond within 24 hours with easy-to-follow instructions.

Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- All returns must include a valid tracking number. Luxetire.com is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
- For exchanges, we will send your desired product after receiving the original item, adjusting for any price differences if applicable.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. Luxetire.com does not charge restocking fees.
